⚙️ Edit Public Business Descriptors

Learn how to update your public business name information in Stripe!

  1. Log in to your Stripe dashboard.

  2. Click on the Settings icon in the upper right.

  3. Under the Account settings heading, click Business.

  4. Click the subheading Business Details.

  5. Scroll down to Public Details, then click edit to the right.

  6. Change the lines below that you'd like to update

    1. Business name

    2. Statement descriptor

    3. Shortened descriptor (optional)

  7. Scroll all the way down and click Save.
