Go to the Customer Search & Email Report

Do not select a Season! Leave this box alone.

Unselect "search customer's primary location" to ensure you are reaching all participants for each location/facility

You may want to check the box to exclude the customers who have opted out.

Click "Export CSV" and look at the data to do some quality checking to make sure everything looks correct.

Click Email and proceed to select a template.
