The Credit Card Privacy & Refund Policy feature allows facilities to share a link to their own policy document with customers at checkout and on emailed receipts. This policy is facility-specific and is not provided by Dash.

  1. Select Admin from the top menu bar.

  2. Select Company Settings.

  3. Select the Company tab on the left side.

  4. Scroll down to the Credit Card Privacy & Refund Policy field.

  5. Enter the URL for your policy document.

✍️ Note: The policy link should point to a read-only document that customers can view. This page autosaves, so there is no need to select a Save button after entering the URL.

πŸ›’ Customer Portal Checkout

When a customer is completing the checkout process online through the Customer Portal, a line reading "By proceeding with checkout you agree to the privacy and refund policy" appears above the Checkout button. The policy link is selectable directly from that line.

The policy link also appears as a selectable link at the bottom of all emailed receipts sent to customers.
