Setting up the BBPOS WisePOS E:

After unboxing your BBPOS WisePOS E, follow these steps to get everything setup:

  • Remove the battery cover

It is suggested to use something that won’t damage it, then lift up on the corner that has a small notch in the lower left when looking at it from behind. Keep lifting up until it comes off and be careful.

  • Place the battery inside and replace the battery cover

  • Power on by holding the power button on the right side for a few seconds

  • Plug in the charging cable, if needed, to power it up and charge the battery.
