Overview
In some cases you may need to print out reservation or rental notices that include event details. For example, signage for a picnic shelter rental.
How
From the global search, type in "Event Search and Bulk Edit".
Choose the proper parameters above so that the event(s) you need to print a permit for appear in your search results. For my example, I am looking for a specific day and I am looking at the event type "Rental".
Once you have selected the events you want to view/print, you will be able to click the "Print Permits" button. The Permit will display the following details:
Company logo
Company name
Company address and contact information
All caps ‘RESERVED’
Location name
Date
Start/Stop time of event
Customer name
*Please note it is not recommended to print more than 50 events/permits at one time.
