Permit Printing

Learn how to print permits for reservations and rentals directly from the Event Search page.

📋 Overview

Permits display reservation details for one or more events and can be used as physical signage for reserved spaces, such as a picnic shelter or field rental.

Each printed permit includes the following:

  • Company logo

  • Company name and address

  • Company contact information

  • "RESERVED" header

  • Location name

  • Event date

  • Start and end time

  • Customer name


🖨️ Printing Permits

  1. From the global search, type Event Search and Bulk Edit and select it.

  2. Filter by the appropriate parameters so the events you need appear in your results.

  3. Check the box next to each event you want to print a permit for.

  4. Select Print Permits above the results table.

  5. A print preview will open displaying a permit for each selected event. Select Print to print.

⚠️ Important Note: It is not recommended to print more than 50 permits at one time.
