Click the arrow to learn more
📋 What
The Booking Report displays all scheduled bookings for the selected location(s) and time frame. It provides a comprehensive view of event-level billing, showing invoiced and uninvoiced amounts, payment status, and tax. When enabled, you can also see event details for each scheduled date and time within the bookings.
This report is highly useful for verifying billing activity, tracking paid vs unpaid bookings, and auditing scheduled usage of resources like party rooms, fields, and other rentals.
🔑 Key features
The Cut-off Date acts as a financial snapshot—it ensures that only payments made on or before the date specified are shown in the Paid column. Any payments processed after the cut-off will not be reflected in the totals, even if the booking itself is within the report date range. This is especially useful for generating time-sensitive billing or financial reports.

✅ When to use it
Use this report to audit scheduled rentals and associated charges, track down unpaid or partially paid bookings, or generate a summary for a season or quarter of rental activity. It's especially useful for reconciling multi-event bookings, like sports leagues or facility contracts, that involve multiple events under a single invoice.
💡 Pro Tips
To quickly pull up a specific booking and its financial history, use the Booking ID field. Enabling the Show Event Detail option gives you a breakdown of each event's date, time, and associated costs, which is helpful for reviewing multi-date contracts. If you only need a summary, leave this option disabled. Sorting the report by Status helps isolate unpaid bookings for quicker follow-up. Lastly, when preparing reports for reconciliation or exports, make sure to double-check the Cut-off Date so that only the intended payment transactions are reflected.
