Use this article to troubleshoot common email issues, including emails that are blocked by mail providers and how to locate email history for individual customers or across your entire account.


📵 Email Blocking

If you believe customer emails are being blocked by their mail provider, contact us so we can verify. If emails are confirmed as blocked, the steps below outline how to resolve the issue.

✍️ Note: Email blocking can occur when a mail provider restricts our servers from sending to theirs. This is not specific to one customer and may affect multiple recipients using the same provider.

📬 Comcast

Comcast is the most common source of email blocking issues. We recommend suggesting that affected customers switch to a different email provider such as Gmail or Yahoo Mail.

If a customer wants to continue using their Comcast.net email address, they can contact Comcast directly and request that emails from [email protected] be allowed through.

📊 Email History

Two ways to review outgoing email history are available: the system-wide Email History report and individual customer profiles.

🗂️ Email History Report

There are two ways to access Email History:

  • Type "email" in the Global Search Box and click Email History from the results

  • Click the Customers dropdown in the top navigation and click Email History

To look up a specific customer's email history:

  1. In the Choose a Customer field, type the customer's name

  2. Set a Start Date & Time and End Date & Time to define the date range

  3. Click Search

🧑‍💻 Email & SMS History on Customer Profiles

Click the arrow to learn how to view email history on an individual customer profile

You can also view emails sent to a specific customer directly from their profile page.

  1. Open the customer's profile

  2. Scroll to the Email & SMS History section on the right side of the page

  3. Click More to view their full email history for the last 6 months

✍️ Note: This report has a maximum of 2,500 email entries.
