** Please note, this request process is for new features or feature enhancements only. If you have a bug that you need to submit, or a question for support, please email [email protected] to submit a case. **

How to give us your product feedback:

Submitting your feedback couldn't be simpler! Please visit this article to view the steps of submitting a Feature Request.

What happens to your product feedback:

Initial Submission:

All new requests are private and set to the "Not Reviewed" status, therefore you will not see your request listed online until it is reviewed by our Client Operations Team and approved for the next step in the process.

Client Operations Review:

Our Client Operations team holds a Feature Request meeting every other week to determine which requests should be considered for review by the Product Team. If the Client Ops team decides to pass along the request for consideration by the Product Team, the status will change to "Awaiting Feedback". At that point the request will become public so that additional people can comment to provide additional feedback, and vote on requests. This allows us to gauge demand, gather use cases, and establish impact and value.

Product Review:

During the alternating weeks, a select group of representatives from the Client Operations team meets with the Product Team to discuss the approved requests and advance them to the next stage in the process.

If the Product Team approves the request, the status will change to "Request Accepted". Throughout the year the Product Team will continuously review the list and select accepted features to develop based on demand, priority and scope of work.

Feature Buildout & Release:

If we decide to build a feature or make an improvement, the status will change to "Building" and it will be added to our product roadmap. Once the feature is live for clients, the status will be changed to "Released".

** If you reach out directly to our Support or Customer Success teams, they'll be able to look up ideas for you, but they won't have any additional information or be able to provide an estimate for when your request will be reviewed.

Status Descriptions:

  • Not Reviewed - This is the default status for a new request.

  • Awaiting Feedback - This acknowledges that we’ve received your request.

  • Feature Accepted – Product Team has accepted the request for future work, but there is no timeline yet.

  • Building - Product team has officially added the request to the product roadmap.

  • Released – Feature has been built and released to the public.

  • Declined – We will not be moving forward with the request.

FAQs:

How long will it be before the product team reviews my idea?

Our Product Team conducts a bi-weekly review of all submitted items. Please note that due to the high volume of requests we receive, even after a review by the Product Team, it may take some time before we are able to implement your requested feature. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

Please make sure your ideas are clear and concise so others can vote on it also, which allows us to better prioritize the requests. Remember to prioritize your own requests, too. That way, we will know if a particular request is important to you.

My request hasn't been reviewed yet and I submitted it 6+ months ago. What can I do?

If we haven't reviewed your item yet and it’s a high priority for you:

  • Make sure it's at the top of your priority list.

  • Make sure your request is clear. Tell us why you need it, what it’s stopping you from doing, and what the impact is. Please add these details in a comment on your idea.

My request was submitted a long time ago and I’m not seeing it on this list, why is that?

Due to the fact that we’re implementing a new feature request process, we’ve decided to import the requests from the last year. Please don’t hesitate to re-submit a previous request that you still feel is important to you and your business operations, we still want it included on our list!

Thank you for your feedback, understanding, and support as we work together to build the best products possible!
