The Booking Manager can be accessed in a variety of ways:

  1. In the main global search box, start typing in "Booking Manager" until it appears to select.

  2. From the top drop down, press Programs, Tools, and under General Tools, you will see the Booking Manager listed.

  3. If you are in the Calendar area, you can press any area and the scheduling Module will appear. Press the "Use Booking Manager" button.

Searching:

  1. By default all upcoming booking events created by the user logged in will appear. These presets can be removed and there is an option to adjust the search by typing in part of the booking name or contract ID #. You could also choose to start typing in a customer name or ID number.

  1. Once you have entered in the search box the customer name or booking name you are looking for, it should appear below so you can select it.

    • If this customer does not have any bookings, then no items will display.

  2. To see a list of bookings in a specific date range, you can specify this. Any bookings will display if there are any events that fall within the range specified.

  3. By default, the User logged in will have their booked contracts they created display if the "My Contracts" tag is included in the search box. In the "Creator" box, you can choose to view other Users or leave it blank to see bookings created by all Users.

  4. In the initial search box, there is a tag to view any bookings with an unsigned contract. This way you know which Digital Contracts still need to be finished. A green arrow in the Contract column signifies a signed contract.
