Here is how you can do this:
First you will need to Search for the Gift Card that you are wanting to transfer the old card's balance to.
From the Gift Card Options page, you will need to enter in the Redemption code for the old card that you want to move the money off of into the "Transfer" box.
Click the "Transfer" button. The shopping cart will appear with a $0 checkout amount.
Press the "Checkout" button.
Attach the Cart to the customer who will be using the card. Press "Checkout".
You will be brought to the Payment screen. The cart should total $0. You can choose whether you would like to send the receipt to the customer or add an additional note to the invoice.
Press the "Process Checkout" button.
The gift card history will show the transferred funds:
