If your settlement time is at 10PM, you will want to run your Sales Reports from 10 PM the night before to 9:59 PM the day of the deposit. This will then match the amount deposited in the bank.
How to Update Your Batch Time
Login to your CardPointe portal
Go to Administration
Click on batching
Choose if you want Next-Day Funding (results in two batches per day)
Set cut off time(s)
Next-Day Deposits
If selected, then the first deposit cutoff is set for 9:30pm ET. You will want to run your Sales Reports to align with each batch.
If you don't use next-day funding, credit cards may take 2 or 3 business days to reach your bank account.
