Adding a Customer to a Team

There are multiple routes to add a customer to a team from the admin side.

  • Customer Profile

  • Team Roster

Customer Profile

  1. Starting from a customer profile, click on the "+Add" button in the upper left and select the program type "Team".

  2. Search for the Team Name or filter by Season/Level or other options. You may need to select Show Future from the options on the right if the season start date is upcoming. Click on the Team Name.

  3. Choose whether or not to send a registration email, fill out registration form (if any), and then click Add.

  4. Taking payment:

    • The Individual Team fee should be automatically added to the shopping cart (depending on the Location Setting). If a membership is required, the shopping cart will prompt a purchase.

  • If this is a Normal team, you will be redirected to the Team Payment page. From there, add their contribution towards the team fee in the Amount field and click Add to Cart. Users with the Discretionary Credit authorization can apply Employee Credits, Other Credits or Early Payment Discounts from the Team Payment page.

5. When ready, click the Checkout button to proceed to the payment screen.

Team Roster

  1. Go to the Programs menu and then press Teams.

  2. Search for the Team Name or filter by Season/Level or other options. You may need to select Show Future from the options on the right if the season start date is upcoming. Click on the Team Name.

  3. Click on the + Add button on the upper left corner to search for the customer to add.

  4. Search for the customer or select them from the list of Recent Customers.

  5. Choose whether or not to send a registration email, fill out registration form (if any), and then click Yes.

  6. Taking payment:

  • The House Team fee should be automatically added to the shopping cart (depending on the Location Setting). If a membership is required the shopping cart will prompt a purchase.

  • If this is a Normal team, click on the $0.00 amount next to the customer's name to open the Team Payment page. From there, add their contribution towards the team fee in the Amount field and click Add to Cart. Users with the Discretionary Credit authorization can apply Employee Credits, Other Credits or Early Payment Discounts from the Team Payment page.

7. When ready, click the Checkout button to proceed to the payment screen.
