6 Weeks Out - Broad Awareness

Send a general broadcast email to your full customer base to begin building awareness of the upcoming season.

โœ๏ธ Note: To avoid over-communicating with unrelated customers, consider limiting this send to customers who enrolled in a season within the last two years rather than your entire contact list.

4 Weeks Out - Current Season Reminder

Send a targeted email to customers currently enrolled in the active season. This is your warm audience. They are already engaged and most likely to re-enroll.

โœ๏ธ Note: Make this email visually distinct from the one sent two weeks prior so it does not feel repetitive.

3 Weeks Out - Last Call Broadcast

Send a broadcast email to all customers reminding them that there is still time to register their teams for the upcoming season.

1 Week Out - Deposit Reminder

Send an email to all teams already registered in the new season reminding them to submit their deposits. Collecting deposits at this stage allows first-game scheduling to begin.

Season Start - Welcome & What to Expect

Once first games have been scheduled, send a final email to all registered teams. Include:

  1. Instructions for how to access their online account

  2. What to expect on the first day of the season
