How to Contact a Facility Directly
Log into your DaySmart Recreation Member account and go to your "Contact" page.
Use the contact details on the right to reach the facility directly or submit the "Contact Us" form.
If you are unable to access your online account, try searching for the facility name and location in your internet browser to find their contact information.
Reasons to Contact Facility
Cancellation or refund requests
Transferring to a different class or program
Purchasing additional items for a class
Reporting attendance, including absences
Questions about the facility location
Early balance payments
Membership cancellations or future payment adjustments
General program inquiries (schedule, supplies, class size, etc.)
