DBA Name Change
Before you begin, ensure that you have the following information available:
The new DBA name
The Tax ID associated with the Merchant Account
The last 4 digits of the account owner’s Social Security Number
The Merchant Account Owner's Legal Name
Login to your Merchant Portal, then navigate to the "Support" tab and click Create Ticket.
If you have multiple merchant locations, you can open a ticket for a specific location by choosing the site from the Location dropdown
Select the purpose of the ticket from the Reason dropdown. To request a doing business as (DBA) name change change, select the DBA Name Change ticket reason
Enter the required information in the requested fields.
When finished, click Save to submit the ticket.
