If you need assistance with your Stripe account, Stripe offers support directly through their dashboard via chat, phone, or email.


📞 How to Reach Stripe Support

Stripe provides multiple ways to get help so you can find the option that works best for you.

  1. Log in to the Stripe Dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/

  2. Click on the Help button in the top right corner.

  3. Click on Support Articles. This will take you to the Stripe support page. You can then select the Contact Support link to get more support.

  4. You may be able to find a support article that helps answer your question.

  5. If not, click on Contact Support.

  6. A popup window will appear in the lower right corner. Select a topic — there are 3 different ways to get support:

    • Chat - instant once a support agent is available

    • Have Us Call You - provide a phone number and type a question, then select Call Me. Stripe support will contact you back when the next agent is available

    • Send Us an Email - opens a form to fill out with more information about your question, then select Send Email
