Overview
Create a Donation product to suggest at the time of checkout online for your customers to purchase for a special cause.
Setup
Start typing in "products" in the global search box. Create a new product for your Donation. The base price will need to be the minimum donation price you offer customers.
Start typing in "donations" in the global search box. Click the "+" Button to create a new Donation.
Entering a start/end time is optional, though a blank date will display in the donation information indefinitely.
Enter in a Description of the Donation for the customer to view online. This is important to for the customer to know why they should donate and who is it for.
How It Looks
Once this is set-up and a customer attempts to checkout from the member app, they will be asked if they would like to include a donation with their purchase. They can donate 1x, 5x, 10x, or choose a different optional amount above the product price.
