If you’ve never created a product before, we recommend reviewing how to build a standard product first.

  2. Click + Add Product.

  3. Enter the following:

    • Product Name (e.g., Community Donation, Fundraiser Gift)

    • Price: The base price will need to be the minimum donation price you offer customers.

    • Category (e.g., Donations)

    • Enable Show Online to allow customer visibility

    • Select Active to make it available for use

  4. Click Save.

🎁 Now that your donation product is ready, link it to the Donations setup page.

  4. Add the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time.

🧑‍💻 Customer View

Once your donation is set up, customers will see the option to contribute during checkout in the member app.

Click the arrow to learn what the customer sees

When a customer proceeds to checkout, they’ll be asked if they’d like to include a donation with their purchase.

  • Customers can select a preset amount (e.g., 1x, 5x, 10x)

  • Or they can choose a different optional amount above the product price.

  • The donation description you entered will display online, helping customers understand the purpose of their gift.

💡 Pro Tips

  • ⚠️ Always create a new product first – donations rely on products to function.

  • 🧠 Use clear product names like “Community Fundraiser” so customers understand what they’re supporting.

  • 💬 Add a description that highlights the impact of the donation (e.g., “Proceeds go toward youth scholarships”).

  • ⛔ Do not archive the donation product until the campaign is complete, or the link will break.

  • 📌 Use global search if you have trouble finding your donation product.
