Learn how Dash uses Facebook to enhance your customers' experience. Connect your Facebook Company Page and let customers share their registrations with friends and family directly from the Customer Portal.

πŸ“ Overview

Dash offers two separate Facebook features: an admin-side connection that displays your Facebook page within the online sign-in experience, and a customer-facing option that allows customers to share their activity registrations via Facebook from the Customer Portal. These two features operate independently of one another.


πŸ”— Facebook Company Page

To connect your Facebook Company Page to Dash, navigate to Company Settings. You can get there by clicking Admin in the top navigation and selecting Company Settings from the dropdown, or by using the Global Search Box to search for "Company Settings."

Enter your Facebook URL in the Company Facebook Page field.

Once connected, the following occurs for your customers:

  • Your Facebook News Feed is displayed on the online sign-in page

  • System emails sent to customers include a "Like" button they can click

  • After logging into their online account, customers have the option to "Like" your page

⚠️ Important Note: You can only link one Facebook URL for the entire company. It cannot be separated by facility or location.


πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» Customer Portal

Customers can share their activity registrations with friends and family on Facebook directly from the Customer Portal. This feature is available in two places: the Dashboard and the Registration Complete page.

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. On the Dashboard, locate the enrollment you would like to share.

  3. Click the β€’β€’β€’ (more options) button on the enrollment card.

  4. Click Share from the menu that appears.

After completing a registration, customers are brought to the Registration Complete page where they can share directly to Facebook.

  1. On the Registration Complete page, locate the Share with friends and family section within the registration details.

  2. Click the Facebook icon.

  3. A Facebook window will pop open. If you are not already logged in to Facebook, log in when prompted.

  4. Complete the post and share to your Facebook page.
