Membership Report

The Membership Report will list all of your customers in your facility that have purchased a membership (both expired or active).

Where:

To run this report, go to Reports and click All Reports. Under the Customer section on the left, select Memberships. You can also find this by starting to type "Membership Report" in the Global Search box.

There are a few toggles you can use to narrow the scope of your report. The ACH information will not show up in the report within Dash but will show once you Export this report.

How:

Choose your Location and download the info into Excel. Once the report has downloaded, you can sort the columns by expiration date to find out when a membership expired.

Expired Membership Report

Where:

To run this report, go to Reports and click All Reports. Under the Customer section on the left, select Expired Membership. You can also find this by starting to type "Expired Membership" in the Global Search box.

How:

Once you have opened the Report page, choose the Location and pick a born before date that will include the customers you want to see. For example, if you are only wanting to see adult players, make sure your birth date starts at the youngest age allowed.

The Expired Membership report will display a list of players associated with a team or class with an expired membership for all current seasons based on the born before date entered. "NA" means the customer has not purchased a membership.

Customer Search & Email Report

If you would like to search for customers with a specific membership and send an e-mail to them about their membership expiring, this can be done Customer Search Report.

Where:

To run this report, go to Customers and click Search & Email. You can also find this by starting to type "Customer Search and Email" in the Global Search box.

How:

  1. Choose your search parameters, such as Facility, Season or League.

  2. In the Membership Expiring field, enter the dates that you want to target in your report. For example, if I wanted to know all the customers who will have a membership expiring in the month of July that are currently enrolled in the your Adult League, I will fill out my report like this.

  3. After clicking the Search button, you can choose whether you would like to e-mail these customers or export the results into an Excel file.
