Uploading Files to Customer Profile

Learn how to upload and manage files on a customer profile or event page from the admin side.

Staff can manually attach files directly to a customer profile or an event page through the admin side of Dash. This is useful for storing documents like contracts, agreements, permits, or any reference files that need to be associated with a specific customer or event.

  1. Navigate to the customer's profile page.

  2. Click the blue "+" button on the right side of the screen.

  3. Drag and drop your file into the upload area, or click to browse your computer for the file you would like to attach.

Once a file has been uploaded, click the three-dot icon next to the file to manage it. The following options are available:

  • Download File: Download a copy of the file to your computer.

  • Send Signature Request: Send the file to the customer for a digital signature.

  • Rename: Update the display name of the file.

  • Delete: Permanently remove the file from the profile.

  1. Open the event from the calendar.

  2. Select Files on the left-hand side of the event page.

  3. Click the "+" button in the top right corner to attach files to the event.

Once a file has been uploaded, click the three-dot icon next to the file to manage it. The following options are available:
