π Overview
Staff can manually attach files directly to a customer profile or an event page through the admin side of Dash. This is useful for storing documents like contracts, agreements, permits, or any reference files that need to be associated with a specific customer or event.

Once a file has been uploaded, click the three-dot icon next to the file to manage it. The following options are available:
Download File: Download a copy of the file to your computer.
Send Signature Request: Send the file to the customer for a digital signature.
Rename: Update the display name of the file.
Delete: Permanently remove the file from the profile.
