📝 Overview
Once enabled from the Integrations & Add-ons page, any uploaded document can be sent for signature with a few clicks. Signers receive an email from Dropbox Sign with a link to review and sign the document. Once all signers have completed the process, they receive a confirmation email with the signed document attached. Employees who initiated the request will also receive email updates and can view or download the signed document in Dash.

Learn how to create a booking that includes a digital contract which can be sent to your customer for signature.
Follow these steps to send a contract for signature:
In the Event Type page under Booking Manager Settings, locate the Contract field.
This field defaults to the Default Booking Contract and cannot be changed.
Digital signatures will use this default contract when sent to customers.
From the customer’s Booking page, open the contract and click Send Document to Signer.
In the pop-up, confirm or edit the signer’s name and email, or add more signers.
Click Send when ready. You will see a status indicator (for example, “0/1”) next to the file name.
The signer receives an email, clicks Review & Sign, and completes the signature.
Once all signers finish, the initiator receives updates and a checkmark (or “1/2” if pending) appears next to the document.
Use the three-dots menu to download, rename, or delete signed files.
Review the Electronic Signature Requests Report to view all digital signature activity.
Access it by using Global Search, or go to Reports › All Reports › System.
Use filters for Created After, Created Before, Creator, and Object.
In the Object field, choose whether to display requests linked to a Booking, Customer or leave blank to view all.
The report displays each request’s Employee, Object – ID, Status, Created/Modified dates, and any Error Messages.
Export results using the CSV or PDF buttons as needed.

How am I billed for digital signatures?

The contractual fee ($0.99) applies when the document is sent via Dropbox Sign. If the document needs to be resent, an additional charge will apply.
Fees are metered and billed at the end of the month with the subscription invoice, based on the total number of sends.
Charges are based on the number of documents managed, not the number of signatures. For example, if an original document is sent and then a revised version is sent two months later, this would count as two separate charges. However, if a single contract is sent to multiple recipients for signature, it will only incur one charge.
