Overview
Once you have the EMV terminal bolted, you will be able to check the user out. The first time using the terminal at checkout, you will need to select the serial number of the device you want you use.
DaySmart Recreation will remember this selection for that computer after the first time.
Setup
To run your first transaction use the following steps:
Add a product to the cart and proceed to the checkout page.
Select the terminal from the drop down menu that aligns with the terminal you want to use. To view the serial number for the Clover devices you will need to access the admin console by touching all four corners of the display. Then select "Admin Panel" and it shows there.
Hit "Process Checkout" and the EMV terminal will prompt you to insert, swipe, or tap your card. Insert the card.
Once the terminal processes the card, you can remove the card. DaySmart Rec will show the transaction as successful or an error message will appear if there is a decline.
