πŸ“ Overview

⚠️ Session Timeout Notice
The software automatically logs out users after 20 minutes of inactivity.

If you are working on a detailed setup page, such as fine-tuning a league schedule or composing a long email, your session may expire before you finish.

If the session times out before changes are applied, your progress may be lost. Opening another area of the software in a new browser tab can help keep your session active..

⏳ Suggestions to Avoid Timeout

  • πŸ”„ Apply or confirm changes before leaving - Click Update or complete required steps to ensure your changes are committed before navigating away.

  • πŸ–±οΈ Open a new tab before inactivity reaches 20 minutes - If you have been working for a while and have not recently applied changes, right-click a menu item and select Open in New Tab.

  • πŸ“§ Works for long emails too - When composing emails in the Customer Search & Email report, open a new tab if you have been inactive for a while to keep your session active.

  • πŸ” Sign back in if prompted - If your session has expired, log back in through the newly opened tab.

  • πŸ”„ Return to your original tab - After performing an action in the new tab, return to the tab where you were working. The page should now be active again.

  • 🚫 Avoid the browser back button - This can refresh the page and remove unsaved changes.
