If you experience hardware issues, start with these quick checks:
π Restart the device β Turn it off and back on.
π Reconnect cables β Unplug and plug back in to ensure solid connections.
πΈ Scanner check β Scan any barcode and confirm values appear.
π¨οΈ Printer test β Perform a test print to your receipt or sticker printer outside of the software.
π΅ Cash drawer check β Ensure the drawer is unlocked and connected to the receipt printer.
