Overview
In cases where you need to update contact information that may display on your statements such as DBA, phone number or contact name, you will need to submit a ticket to have these types of changes made.
How
When logged into your CardPointe account, click on the Support tab and then Create a ticket.
Select the option "Demographic Change" option.
In the text box, be sure to be clear what changes need to be made. It's helpful to specify the old data and what it needs to be changed to.
