Overview
In some cases, a customer may want to add an additional adult to their account whether it be a partner, spouse, or even a grandparent. This allows them access to be linked on the Admin side. As adults, they cannot see each other's events for privacy purposes but if children are added to one of the adult's accounts, the facility can link each adult to the children so they can see, register, and receive emails for the kids. Here is an article on how to link additional family members on the Admin side.
How it Works
There are a couple different areas where a customer can choose to add a partner to their account:
Here's a quick video overview, or you can read through the information below: Online Experience - Add Partner Video
New Account
After filling in their contact details in the form, there is an "Invite Partner" button
An invite will be sent to the partner once the contact information is filled out and the new customer completes their new account registration.
After clicking on the "confirm profile" button on the email they received, the partner will be prompted to set their password. After setting their password, they can log into the system with their email address and password.
Once they login, if the company/facility collects waivers, they will be prompted to sign a waiver.
Existing account
Here's a quick video overview, or you can read through the information below: Online Experience - Invite a Partner (Existing Account)
When an adult already has a member profile and access to their account, they can click on "My Profile" on the left hand side and see the option "add family member".
Contact details will need to be filled out for the Partner and an email will be sent for the Partner to confirm their account.
Other Note
When an invite has been sent to a partner, the main account it was sent from will have a notice on their main page until the partner has confirmed their account. they can also choose to resend the invite.
Registering a Partner
Once a partner has accepted the invite and created an account they will appear as a registration option on the family account, the same as children do when registering. If a partners waiver becomes expired or is unsigned, they will not be able to be registered. If they are selected, a warning will appear notifying the adult that they need to log-in and sign the waiver before they can proceed
