The QuickBooks/Intacct Integration is an optional add-on that allows you to import your daily receipts and daily revenues (in detail by GL code) into your accounting software. It supports the following financial systems:

  • QuickBooks

  • QuickBooks Online

  • Intacct

💰 Pricing: $100/month with a $250 setup fee. Free 30-day trial included. Includes unlimited support and updates.

✅ Before You Begin

Before you can activate the QuickBooks/Intacct Integration, you must complete all three requirements below. Your integration cannot proceed without these items in place.

⚠️ Important Note: Customers are unable to proceed with the QuickBooks onboarding process without completing all requirements.

📋 Requirements Checklist

  • QuickBooks account established

  • All GL Codes entered into Dash

  • GL Codes assigned to all products

🔍 How to Verify GL Code Assignment

To confirm that GL Codes are assigned to all products:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Products (left sidebar)

  2. Click Search to view all products in your system

  3. Click the GL column header to sort by GL code assignment

  4. Look for any products that have no GL code listed. These products need a GL code assigned.
