  • Personal information

  • ID numbers

  • Parents

  • Notes / Medical notes

  • Memberships

  • Punch passes

  • Account balances

  • Tags or interests

🏒 Organizations

The following organization data can be imported:

  • Contact information

  • Tax-exempt status

The platform supports resident/non-resident pricing enforced through GIS mapping. One or more boundaries (Zones) can be entered, and each zone can be set as an inclusion or exclusion zone. Exclusion zones take precedence over inclusion zones.

Revenue GL Codes can be imported using a two-column CSV file containing the following:

  • Code

  • Description

Standard product items (such as Pro Shop or Snackbar items) can be imported with the following data:

  • Name

  • Price

  • Tax (mapped to an existing rate)

  • UPC code

  • GL code (mapped to an existing code)
