How it Works

  1. Choose the date parameters for your report.

  2. From the "format type" drop down, select from one of the following financial software systems: BSA&A, Munis, JDE or Springbrook.

  3. Depending on the selected software, configure any specific settings required for the export (accrual vs cash basis, payment type, cash and credit card receipts offset values), If you have the "global financial" authorization within your role, your report settings will be saved for the next time you log in.

  4. Click on "Search" to review the results.

  5. Click on "Export" to download the results in the proper file for the software system selected. Keep in mind this will not automatically bridge to your accounting software. You will need to test to ensure your accounting software can import the file.
