โœ… When to use it

Use this report when checking product availability, preparing for reordering, or auditing inventory levels across one or more facilities. Itโ€™s especially useful before major events, seasonal transitions, or internal restocks.

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tips

Use the Quantity filter to instantly spot products that are low or out of stock. If you're managing multiple locations, compare Global vs. Location Price to catch inconsistencies or special pricing. For clothing and gear, apparel-specific fields like Gender and Size can help when reviewing merchandise offerings or placing vendor orders.

๐Ÿ“‹ What

The Purchase Order Report displays a list of product purchases tied to add-on or upsell items (such as meals, rentals, or merchandise) within a selected date range. It shows which orders have been fulfilled and which still need attention. This report is most commonly used to prepare and deliver products associated with camp or class registrations.

  • Displays per order:

    • Order ID and clickable Invoice #

    • Product Name

    • Customer Name

    • Associated Roster

    • Delivery Date and Purchase Date

    • Delivery Status (e.g., 0/1 Delivered)

    • Checkbox to mark item as Fulfilled

  • Sortable Columns

  • Export to CSV or PDF for tracking and handoffs

โœ… When to use it

Use this report to prepare for product fulfillmentโ€”like meals or gear tied to events. It's ideal for staff organizing deliveries during camps, classes, or rentals who need a clear view of what was ordered, when it's due, and whether it's been fulfilled.

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tips

Access this report directly from a roster page when managing orders for a specific camp or sessionโ€”this will pre-filter the results for you. Use the "Delivery On" date filter to sort by the expected handout day. Export to CSV and filter by "Delivered" status to print a fulfillment list or reconcile post-event.
