Overview
We have some exciting new updates with how our add-on feature works. If you are unfamiliar with what an Addon or upsell product is, be sure to first check this article out to get caught up. We have updated the UI on the product page where you select each products to be added to a specific registration product. There are also some changes being made in the shopping cart on the Admin side where addons display. Lastly the Purchase Order report is getting a much needed facelift!
Optional Addons
If you want to offer up addons to your customers as "optional" we have added a new drop down on the Admin side to select how the customer chooses their addons.
Quantity: These are not tied to a specific event. This is just the availability for a customer to buy a specific quantity of an upsell item.
Individual Events: This option is specifically for a "per session" registration type. Choose this option if you would like your customer to be able to choose which events they would like to also add upsell items for.
Use Level settings (events, weeks or all): If you prefer to allow the customer the choice of selecting the addon, but making it required for the days, weeks or events they have selected, then choose this option. It will follow the same criteria that is set under the Level settings section where you decide customers will register for the Per session by event, a full week, or all of the events.
Required or Included Addons
In some cases you may want addons to be either included free of charge or you may want to require a product to be purchased along with the registration.
One time Addon: If you have the "automatically include" toggle on but leave the box unchecked to "require for each event", the customer will have this addon automatically added to their cart. If it should be included to the customer, free of charge, the price can be adjusted to $0 when adding the product to the "Add-on Products & Passes" page.
Require Addon for all registered events: This checkbox is specifically for "per session" registration types like camps or drop in's where you would want to require the customer to also purchase the addons for each event they are registering for. They are automatically added to the cart and cannot be removed or modified.
Purchase Order Report Update
The Purchase Order Report is also getting some new filters added to it to help track the addon's purchased even better. Learn more about this report here.

Roster
The results displayed will have sortable columns, there will be a search box, and it can easily be exported to CSV.
