To have the system create a purchase order anytime someone buys an addon product, go to the product you have added as an up-sell item and select "yes" to track purchase orders.

In this example, we want to offer customers the option of buying a Goodie Bag when they pay for a Birthday Party.

Once you have gathered or delivered the items purchased by the customer, you can mark the box on the purchase orders list individually from the roster page or from the full Purchase Order report. that they have been fulfilled.

Purchase Order Report

There are two locations to view Purchase orders. One can be be viewed in the Camp, Class, or Team page tab labeled "Purchase Orders" where the up-sell items have been attached.

The full report, that will include all items, can be viewed by clicking on the Reports and then pressing All Reports. The Purchase Orders Report is found in the Products section. You can choose a date range to search by.
