If you have the card in your hand, you can change the drop down menu to "Gift Cards" from the Legacy Cash Register page and either hand type in the redemption Code or Scan the card so the redemption code appears in the box.
From the global search box, you can type in "giftcard: 123456781" for example and you will be able to pull up all of the details pertaining to that card.
If you are looking at an invoice where a Gift Card was purchased or used, there will be a link to the Gift Card Redemption number where you will be able to access the History of the card.
