Overview
Feedback from existing and newly onboarded customers have been that creating new seasons is a fine art of needing to know what items have to be creating ahead of time before you actually get to create your season. For example, you have to have Programs and Registration types created before hand in order to select them. Not anymore!

Creating a New Season

Right off the bat, you will notice that we have added section navigational headers on the left hand side to guide you as you are filling out details for the season.
For Registration Type, if you have not created one already and do not see one listed that you want to use, you can create a new one as long as you have the authorization on your User account "Company Account Settings". This authorization would allow you to create a new Registration Type by clicking on the "+" symbol. If you do not have the proper authorization, a message will appear. To learn more about Registration Types and how they can be used, check out our help center article here.
If you do have the proper authorization, you will be able to click on the "+" and a modal will appear. First, enter in the name of your Registration Type you would like to start using and then select which type of default registration it should base the pricing and season setup off of. the options are League, Per Session (Camps) or Class.
Be sure to click "Save new Registration Type" at the bottom of the modal to have your selection appear in your new season window.
The next update made is for the "Program" option. To learn more about the importance of Programs, be sure to check out this help article first. Just like the Registration Type section, you must have the "Company Account Settings" to create a new Program type.

Similar changes have been made when looking at an existing season as we have made to creating a new season.
