From the global search box, type Event Types.
Create a new Event Type specific for your Quick Ticketing event you are holding.
Set the event type to Active.
Set a unique color that will appear on your calendar to help these events stand out from your other calendar events throughout the day.
Set the Program type to the one you created above.
The Has event roster must be toggled on.
Select the product your customer will be purchasing for the Registration Product.
Within the Options section, it is suggested that the Event published online by default is turned on.

Go to the Calendar page and find the date, time, and resource you would like for your first event. When creating a new event, a modal appears to select an event type, choose your event type you just created above.
Enter in event details, if the event will repeat, and if there is a capacity per event that needs to be set

In the Customer Portal, Quick Ticketing events appear under Drop-In Events in the left navigation menu.
There are two types of Drop-In events:
Per-session events β Linked to a season and roster, allowing customers to register eligible family members or add new ones.
Quick Ticketing events β Customers can purchase multiple tickets under their account without assigning them to specific individuals.

These two features are now located in the same area of the customer portal but as of now, they are very different in terms of the setup and the registration process.

Go to the Drop-In Events area. Select a day that has events displaying to register for. The event details will display below.
Select number of tickets to purchase, and press the Add to cart button.
The tickets will be added to the cart in the upper right hand corner. Click on the cart to continue to checkout.
Enter payment details and checkout.
Customer will be emailed an invoice which includes a QR code that can be used to check in for the event or sent to others for them to check in.

The QR code that was sent to the customer who paid can be scanned for the event. A check in modal will appear.
On the event page through the calendar, there is a way to manually check individuals in. Next to each name, you can see how many from the party have already checked in.
After selecting from the event page next to the customer, "Check In" a modal will appear asking how many are checking in at this time.
A success banner will appear stating the check in was successful.
