Here are some important things to note when using the demo database:

The demo database will process credit card transactions. Do not have staff run credit card transactions in training, have them practice with cash transactions. *You can use a test CC to run transactions if they want to test a credit card transaction. The following credentials are for a test credit card: 4111 1111 1111 1111 Expiration: any date month/year format

Emails do send through the demo database – avoid using real customer accounts when practicing transactions through the demo database. Instead, have employees practice using their own customer account or other staff accounts.

At this time, if you create a new user account for staff members in your live site – it will not transfer into the demo. To get your employees demo access you can either create a user account in your demo database or request a refresh. * Please note database refresh requests take developer time. When requesting a refresh make sure all user accounts have already been created within the live site to avoid multiple refresh requests.

Logging into your demo database will be the same login credentials but the company code will be "your-company-code_demo"
