Once your Season is created, you will need to create your Levels. Levels are the second tier in the program hierarchy. They will contain the individual classes. This keeps certain types of classes grouped together. Like all of the "3-4 Year Old Beginners" offered at various times throughout the week. This is also where pricing is added.

  1. Go to the Programs menu and then press Levels. Select the Season you want to create the Level in and then click "New Level".

  2. Level Name: Choose a name that is descriptive and helpful for the customer. For example, if it is a Season involving classes, you can label it with the appropriate ages (Bump Set Spike 9-10 Beginners).

  3. Number of Classes: the shopping cart uses this number (along with the events listed in the calendar for classes) to help calculate the correct amount.

  4. Start Date: Choose a date that the level will start on. This date may be different than the season start date.

  5. Classification: Select the sport, sex, age classification, and skill level. These will display in the Member App.

  6. Program Type: You can create and assign your levels to specific Program Types to help customers search in the Program Registration.

  7. Prerequisite Type: If you want customers to have completed a certain level to be eligible for the next.

  8. Fee: Select a fee (product) that will be associated with this level. You will want the product to be a per-class rate (Ex. $14.00).

  9. Registration Fee: Optional. This is in addition to the per-class cost that will automatically appear in the shopping cart when the class product is purchased.

  10. Payment Plan: Turn this on if you would like to offer a financed payment option. Need existing Payment Plan created to assign. This Payment Plan will be used instead of the one assigned in the Season Settings.

  11. Registration Form: If you would like to have your customers receive a pre-set form of questions that you have created to fill out prior to registration, you can choose which form to add to this level.

  12. Registration Email: You can create an e-mail template (Settings menu > Customers section > Email Templates) to send to all of your customers that register to give them pertinent information about the level they just signed up for.

  13. Roster Lock: If you choose to lock your rosters and not allow any changes after a specific date, add this date here.

  14. Online Description: The information typed in here will be visible to the customer in the Online Member App when they scroll over the level name. It is helpful to give a brief description of the level for your customers.

  15. On-line registration:

    • You can close the registration at the Level if you choose.

    • Hide private groups at individual registration: Prevents customers from seeing private classes in the Program Finder, which also disables their ability to request to join.

    • Allow pro-rating: For classes, Dash will automatically charge a customer the number of classes left in the session according to the classes remaining in the calendar. Otherwise, it will charge the full session the entire time.

  16. Age Restrictions: Set by birthdate or age ranges. The age range is based on the season start date.
