Not only does this give your child an opportunity to discover a new passion, but it also provides a firsthand look at our qualified instructors and interactive curriculum.

Scheduling your free trial couldn't be easier! Simply click on the "Free Trials" link in our registration portal, enter your child’s date of birth, choose your preferred location, and select the desired class. Join us and witness the potential our programs can unlock in your child. Don’t miss out - secure your spot today!

🔧 How Registration Works

Below is an example of how the free trial filter on our Customer Portal will appear when you have not logged into an account or maybe have not created one yet.

The first thing prompted to fill in, is the participants birthdate. This helps narrow down the options to only display the programs they qualify for. You are guided through the process by the text in the blue box below the inputs.
The next step, will ask you to choose a location for your free trial to take place. If there are multiple options, you can choose to "View the map" to see where all of the facilities are located and select from there.
The activity field is not required to fill out. Once you have selected the birthdate and location, the activity options will appear to select from. If there are multiple options of program types that offer free trials, you may notice multiple activity types to choose from.
Any Free trial program options that match your filters will appear below to select. the program will have a description on the tile to read and learn more about it.
After clicking the View button, you will see any age specific program options available along with a description.
Once you have selected the appropriate level, a calendar view will appear. A date with any dots below it symbolizes there is a free trial available on that day.
Once you select on a date, it will display the times and how many spots are left for the free trial.
Once you press the "select" option, you will be prompted to either sign into your existing account if you already have one or you can create a new one.
Once you have logged in or created your account, you will be brought back to where you were and it will then ask you which family member is wanting to register for the free trial. You may already have the customer pre-selected in the field if they are the proper age. If not, you can "add a new family member".
By clicking the Register button, you will see on your next page, the registration is complete. You may also receive an auto email with more instruction from the facility on how to prepare for your free trial.

Once you have registered, you will notice on the Dashboard page a couple new things appear. The free trial event will display on the Upcoming Events section. A class tile will appear with a flag on it to denote it is a Free Trial, along with the date and time, location, description and if needed, an option to reschedule or cancel.

📅 Rescheduling/Cancelling

We understand that sometimes things don't work out and you may need to reschedule your free trial or just cancel it all together.

To switch your free trial to a different date, from the Dashboard free trial tile, click on the "reschedule/cancel" option.
The details of the free trial will appear along with the option to either cancel or reschedule. Click on the "Reschedule free trial button".
Select a new date for the free trial from the calendar selector view.
Reschedule will be complete once you select your new date and time.

To cancel your free trial, from the Dashboard free trial tile, click on the "reschedule/cancel" option.
A prompt will appear to make sure you really want to cancel. If you are sure, select, "yes, cancel".
Once you have confirmed the cancellation, you will be removed from the free trial roster.

📝 Register (after Free Trial)

After completing a free trial, you may choose to join the class. It’s quick and easy!

From the Customer Portal Dashboard page, find the free trial tile.
Click the "Register" button.
The next page will show the program details along with a few required medical questions. Additional questions or forms may also be included by the facility/organization to collect further information.
Click on "Confirm Registration" when ready to proceed.
A modal will appear with the final details to confirm. When ready, click the "Continue to Checkout" button.
The shopping cart will appear to proceed with the checkout process.
