Run a report to track upcoming and past make-ups and free trial attendees by location, date, or roster.

Use the Make-Ups and Free Trials Report to quickly view upcoming and past make-ups and free trial sign-ups across your programs. This report helps you understand:

  • Who is planning to attend

  • When customers are attending

  • How different filters can refine your results

Click the arrow to see how to access this report

  1. Click Global Search at the top of the page

  2. Type Make-Ups and Free Trials Report

  3. Select the report from the results

๐Ÿ”Ž Filters

Click the arrow to view all available report filters

You can narrow report results using the following filters:

  • Location

  • Start Date and End Date

  • Start Time and End Time

  • Season

  • Level

  • Roster

  • Customer Name

  • Day of Week

  • Report Type

    • Make-Ups

    • Free Trials

    • Both

After selecting your filters, click Run Report to generate results.

๐Ÿ“Š Display Options

Click the arrow to see which columns and details can be displayed

Once the report is generated, you can customize the visible columns. Available display options include:

  • Location

  • Resource

  • Season

  • Level

  • Guardian(s)

  • Day of Week

  • Show Source/Employee
    This indicates whether the registration was completed online through the Customer Portal or entered by staff.

Below is how your search parameters should be set up.

  1. Select the appropriate Location

  2. Choose a Start Date and End Date

  3. Select the desired Season

  4. Click Search to run the report

Below is how your search parameters should be set up.

  1. Select the desired Location

  2. Enter the specific Date

  3. Leave Season, Level, and Roster blank if not needed

  4. Click Search to run the report

Below is how your search parameters should be set up.

  1. Select the Location

  2. Choose your Date Range

  3. Select the appropriate Season

  4. Select the Level

  5. Select the Roster

  6. Click Search to run the report

๐Ÿ‘€ โ€‹Interested in seeing customers coming in ALL LOCATIONS for a specific time period?

When All Locations is selected, Season, Level, and Roster filters are unavailable. Use a date range to refine results.

  1. Select All Locations

  2. Choose a Start Date and End Date

  3. Click Search to run the report

Click the arrow to see how to display guardian details in your report

๐Ÿ‘€ โ€‹Interested in seeing the contact/guardian details for the participants attending a make-up or free trial?

Make sure you check the box to show guardian(s).

  1. Run your report using the desired filters

  2. Locate the Display Options

  3. Check the box for Guardian(s)

  4. Apply changes to update your report view
