Overview
Utilize the new Free Trials and Make-up report to see who is coming and when. Numerous filters will allow you to see your day/ week/ month at a glance.
Where
As long as you have either the Free Trials feature or the Make-Ups feature turned on, you will be able to go to the Global Search box at the top menu bar and start typing in "Make-Ups and Free Trial" and you will see the report to select.

Interested in seeing all registrants signed up within a specific season for both Free Trial and Make-Ups. Below is how your search parameters should be set up.
Interested in seeing all registrants coming in a specific location on a given day. Below is how your search parameters should be set up.
Interested in seeing only registrants for a specific roster on a specific day so that an instructor can be prepared. Below is how your search parameters should be set up.
Interested in seeing customers coming in ALL LOCATIONS for a specific time period? Note: If you choose the "All Locations" option, you cannot select a specific season, level or roster but must choose a date range.
Interested in seeing the contact/guardian details for the participants attending a make-up or free trial? Make sure you check the box to show guardian(s).
