This report provides insights into how effectively free trials are converting customers into paid participants. It tracks:
Free trials taken within a time period
Conversion rate (trial-takers who registered for a program)
Attendance rate (Att Rate) (conversions ÷ attendees who actually showed up)
🔑 Authorization
To access this report, the User must have at least the authorization, "Limited Financial Reporting", assigned to their role.

To run this report, we have a few required fields to fill in and a variety of optional filters you can choose from. It all depends on what you are looking to accomplish.

Location (optional): Choose to run this report for a specific location or all locations.
Season/Level/Class or Camp (optional): The report can be filtered by the season data if desired. The season drop down will display all class or per session (Camp) type of programming. Once you have selected your season (s) from the drop down, the appropriate levels would appear to choose from and the subsequent rosters.
Min Free Trial Date (required): The earliest date to include in the report when identifying customers who signed up for a free trial event.
Max Free Trial Date (required): The latest date for a customer's free trial to be considered in this conversion report.
Min Program Registration Date (required): The earliest date to check if a customer who attended a free trial, during the specified period, later registered for a program.
Max Program Registration Date (required): The latest date to verify if a customer who participated in a free trial, during the selected date range, has signed up for a program.

Customer Details: When selected, the report will display all customers who signed up for a free trial within the specified time period, along with key details such as the free trial event's season, level, roster, and event information. The report also includes whether the customer attended the event and whether they registered for a program afterward.
