Overview

This report allows you to pull the attendance for any given roster within a season for a class, camp (per session), or team. Additional columns can also display such as the customer's phone number, birthdate, and their customer ID number.

How it Works

  1. In the global search box, type in "Consolidated Attendance Sheet" to pull up the report

  2. Choose a location

  3. The "from" date is specifically looking at a season start date. So if you need to pull attendance for a season where the events begin in Jan, make sure your "from" date is far back enough to view the season you want.

  4. The "to" date field will show any attendance up to that point.

  5. Select the season and then the program rosters you would like to view.

  6. Optional columns can display as well (Phone number, birthdate, or customer ID Number).

  7. In some cases you may need to pull a report for a specific customer's attendance record. This can be done by entering in a Customer ID number.
