We understand how important flexibility is in your busy life, and we are thrilled to present an enhanced feature that allows you to reschedule your classes or other per session style of events like camps or drop in's with ease. Say goodbye to the hassle of phone calls and extended wait times. With the new make-up functionality, all it takes is a few clicks from your member dashboard. Simply choose the program you need to reschedule a date from, pick a new date, and voilร  โ€“ it's settled! This not only streamlines your experience but ensures that scheduling a make-up session is swift, straightforward, and directly under your control.

If you will need to make up a class, for example, that you or a family member is enrolled in, you will first need to log into your Customer Portal for Dash using your email address that you used for your account and password. If you have not logged into your account before, be sure to click the "Forgot your Password" option from the login screen.

Once you are logged in, you will land on the "Dashboard" page.

  1. Find the program tile for the family member you are wanting to make a class up for. Click on the 3 dots to select the option "Make-Up and Event" or you can click on the "View Class button" on the bottom of the tile to pull up the details of the class.

  2. If you choose to go through the path from the tile (horizontal dots) a modal will appear asking which event you will be missing or need to be rescheduled. Select the date and press the "Schedule Make-up" button.

  3. Next, you will see a calendar where you can select a new date to attend a make-up class. If there is a dot underneath a date, that means there is a class available. Select a date to view the available time slots. Once you find a time and date that works, click the 'Select" option to schedule the make-up for that time.

  4. A modal will appear confirming your make-up schedule was completed.

  5. If you choose to schedule your make-up from the Class details page, you will see each event listed out along with a button to make that event up.

  6. Once you have selected your date, you can then choose the new date you would like to attend a class on.

  7. Once you have selected your make-up date and time, a confirmation window will appear.

When you go back to the Dashboard, you will notice now there is an additional tile with a "Make-Up" flag on it which displays the date, time, location, description, and if needed, an option to cancel the make-up.

โŒ Cancelling a Make-Up

Sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel the make-up session you signed up for.

  1. From the Make-Up session tile on the Dashboard page of the Customer Portal, click the "Cancel Make-Up" link.

  2. A modal will appear with the make-up session details to confirm your decision to cancel. Once you have verified, click the "yes, cancel" button. This will remove the Make-Up event from your account. If you would like to schedule a different date, this can be done again from the original rostered program.

  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Switch devices if needed: If pop-ups or calendars donโ€™t load on mobile, try logging in on desktop.

  • โ›”๏ธ Confirm before leaving: Always wait for the confirmation window so you know itโ€™s booked.

  • ๐Ÿ“Œ Watch your Dashboard: Your Dashboard is the fastest way to confirm or cancel make-ups.

Can I schedule a make-up for a family member?

Yes. You can schedule make-ups for any family member already registered in the program.

What if there are no available make-up dates?
