Label – A short, clear way to ask your question (e.g., "School"). This appears on the customer’s registration form. Keep it concise.
Description – An internal note describing the question. This is not visible to customers.
Default Options – For Dropdown or Autocomplete fields, these are the selectable values. In Text or Paragraph fields, this acts as a default placeholder. Use 'Add Option' to include more choices or 'X' to remove them.
Hidden online – Marks the question as staff-only, keeping it hidden from customers.
Required – Makes the question mandatory for online registrants but does not require staff to complete it.
Required on admin side - If "Required" is enabled, you can choose whether staff must also complete this field.
Pre-fill with prior answers - Determines if a customer's previous answer should auto-fill during registration. This is best used for information that rarely changes.
Multiple - Allows customers to select one or more options.
Rows – Available for Paragraph fields. Adjust the box size using the slider.
Add Condition – Link other custom fields to show or hide based on responses to another field.
