When creating new classes, it is important to double check that your online registration is setup properly. You can do so by either using a customer's online experience (from the Customer's Profile page) or by creating your own dummy account to test the Registration and Program Finder.

Recreation Online Registration

  1. From the Recreation Online home page, click on the Register option either next to your name or at the left of the screen.

  2. Select who you are registering, your location of interest and the activity you are interested in. Then select classes from the list of programs (if more than one option appears).

3. The Program Finder will open up with all viable options for the customer. Filter this down by Time Of Year, Gender, Skill Level or Days Of Week. Select View on your class of choice to proceed to the class details page.

4. On the class details page you will see more detailed information for the class. Such as a class description, the start day/time, pricing and any other information that is attached to the class. Select Register and proceed to the Activity Registration page.

5. Here you will fill out any specific comments you have and all information required to register for the program. As well as choose payment option (if payment plans are offered at your facility) and then select Confirm Registration.

6. At the Checkout page all items in you cart will be shown at the top with your total amount due (enter any discount codes if applicable). Enter all information on your payment method below. Choose to either save this payment method to your account or redeem a gift card and checkout.
