📝 Overview
Priority Registration lets you open registration early to specific groups of customers — such as residents, previous season participants, or members — before general online registration begins. This feature helps you reward loyal or in-district customers by giving them early access.
📍 Where You Enable Priority Registration
There are two ways to add Priority Registration:

Make sure your season has Online Registration enabled and a valid General Public start date.

Set General Online Registration Dates
This is when general customers can begin registering.
Must be after any Priority Group start date.
Add a Priority Group
Click Add a priority group.
Set the Priority Start date and time.

📆 Prior Season Participation
Grants access to customers who registered in specific past seasons. You can type to search or use the dropdown to select past seasons that match the season type (e.g., Class, Team, Camp).🎫 Membership
Allows early access for customers with active memberships. Only memberships marked Available Online will display here.🏠 Residency
Uses GIS zoning to identify eligible residents. Only available if GIS is enabled on your account.

Residency is based on zone mapping using GIS tools built into the software. Zones can be configured to match city or regional boundaries for early registration access.

💡 Pro Tips
⚠️ Customers only need to match one selected qualifier in a group to qualify.
🧠 You can add multiple groups to stagger priority windows (e.g., past season first, then members).
💬 Priority group dates must always be earlier than the general registration date.
⛔️ Does not apply to private team registrations.
📌 Exporting a season will carry over priority groups, but you must update the dates.
