To access the Company Settings, click the gear icon in the upper right of your screen.
The fourth option down called "Theme" allows you to select from six different color options:
However, the employee's personal settings will trump the Company Setting.
Open your Profile from the User dropdown menu (your name or icon in the upper right).
Then click the "Theme" field to change your color preferences. When done scroll down and click Save.
