Searching makes it easy to locate products across your entire system—whether you’re checking availability, confirming details like GL codes or tax settings, or troubleshooting inactive items. From the product search page, you can filter results by category, location, or specific identifiers, and even export the data for reporting.

Once on the Product page, there are filters on the left side:
Product Name
GL Code
Category
Discount Code
Locations
Select checkboxes to show inactive products, tax information, or product locations.
Note ✍️: If you leave all filters blank and click Search, the system will display all active products.
Click Search.

You can also:
Click the + icon to create a new product.
Use Manage Selected Products to apply discounts, GL codes, or programs in bulk.
Export results to CSV or PDF for reporting needs.

Yes. Enable the Show Inactive Products checkbox on the filter panel. This will display all active products along with inactive products. Inactive products will include an inactive” label after the product name (e.g., 1 HamsterBall Hour Rental (1 Hour) inactive).

Turning on Show Tax Information or Show Product Locations adds an extra sortable column to the results table with those details. You can click the column header to sort by tax info or by product locations.
