Feature Updates as of May 2025:
A new filter option, “Show All Current Seasons,” has been added to the Season Search page. This filter displays only the seasons that are actively in progress—meaning their start and end dates include today’s date. This makes it easier to quickly identify which seasons are currently running.
Overview
Whether you're managing seasons, classes, teams, or camp rosters, the system provides flexible search tools to help you quickly find what you need. Season searches are managed from a dedicated Season Search page, where you can filter by year, location, and more. For program rosters such as classes, teams, and per-session camps, each type has its own search page accessible from the Programs drop-down menu. These pages include filters for season, level, day of the week, and more—making it easy to narrow results. You can also search directly using names, IDs, or keywords through the global search bar.

You can edit an existing season by clicking on its name, which opens up details like season settings and levels. If you need to export a season, use the “Export” link next to the appropriate entry. Additional options such as viewing the schedule, accessing related links, or deleting the season are available in the Links column to the right.
