Control who can view roster names and stats in the Customer Portal.

Roster Visibility settings determine what customer information is visible in the Customer Portal when viewing a program roster.

These settings help you balance privacy and transparency by controlling whether participants can see other rostered players and what details are displayed.

Roster visibility applies to:

  • League teams

  • Class rosters

  • Camp sessions

  • Any program with a roster

  1. Select the appropriate Season.

  2. Click into the specific Level and Program Roster.

  3. Open the Roster tab.

  4. Scroll down to the Registration Settings section.

  5. Locate the Roster Visibility setting.

  • Any logged-in customer can view the roster.

  • Displays First Name + Last Initial for each participant.

  • Age is shown if Player Stats are enabled.

  • Only customers who are rostered in the program can view the roster.

  • Displays First Name + Last Initial.

  • Age is shown if Player Stats are enabled.

🚫 None

  • No participant names are shown in the Customer Portal.

  • The roster is hidden from view.

πŸ‘€ What will display to customers online?

Privacy settings will only allow team managers to view first name and last initial for participants on rosters. Regardless of roster visibility settings, family members will always be able to see full names for others in their family.


πŸ“Š Displaying Player Stats

To view team roster stats, other than their own team's, the Display Statistics must be turned on at the Level and Company Settings.

🏒 Step 1: Enable Player Statistics at the Company Level

  1. Navigate to Company.

  2. Select Member App.

  3. Toggle on Enable player statistics on Member app.

  4. Click Save if applicable.

  1. Select the appropriate Season.

  2. Click into the specific Level.

  3. Open Registration Settings.

  4. Check Display statistics.

  5. Click Save.

  • If both settings are enabled, participant age may appear in the Customer Portal roster view.

  • If either setting is disabled, age will not display.

  • Roster Visibility settings still control whether names are shown.

  • Can always see the full name of participants within their own family.

  • Visibility setting does not restrict a family from seeing their own participant details.

  • Can view First Name + Last Initial of rostered players.

  • This applies even if Roster Visibility is limited.

  • Visibility depends on the selected setting:

    • All
