📝 Overview
The Registration E-mail feature allows you to automatically send a confirmation email when a customer is added to a roster for a class, camp, or team.
You can assign a registration email template at either the Season level or the Level level. If a Level-specific email is assigned, it will override the Season email.
🛠️ Setup
Click the arrow to create or edit a registration email template
Click the arrow to create or edit a registration email template
Use the Global Search bar and type Email Templates or from the top navigation, click Customers, then select Email Templates.
Click + Add Template to create a new email
OR
Make a copy of an existing template to modify branding, images, or messaging
Customize the subject line and email content
Click Save
📍 Assign the Email at the Season Level
Click the arrow to assign the registration email at the Season level
Click the arrow to assign the registration email at the Season level
Navigate to the Programs drop down menu and select Seasons
Select the appropriate Season
Click Default Registration Settings
Locate the Registration Email field
Select the desired email template
Click Save
✍️ Note: These settings can be overridden at the Level.
⚙️ Assign the Email at the Level
Click the arrow to assign the registration email at the Level
Click the arrow to assign the registration email at the Level
Navigate to the Programs drop down menu and select Seasons
Select the appropriate Season
Click into the specific Level
Select Registration Settings
Locate the Registration Email field
Choose an email template
OR
Leave the field blank to use the Season-level email
Click Save
✍️ Note: If an email is selected at the Level, it overrides the Season setting.

When manually adding a customer to a roster, you will see a checkbox to send the registration email
This box is checked by default
If left checked, the assigned template will automatically send
The system will use:
The Level email template, if selected
The Season email template, if no Level template is assigned
✍️ Note: If the checkbox is unchecked, the email will not send.
